Netbright welcomes Foxlaw as our latest cloud-hosted Business PBX customer. As a busy law firm, Foxlaw were able to implement their new voice platform in an afternoon by leveraging a "handset-free" solution developed by Netbright.
By deploying the 3CX Windows app, coupled with high-performance Sennheiser DW and Jabra Evolve headsets, the team at Foxlaw were able to implement a handset-free solution. Because voice communication is now independent of a desk handset, staff are able to realise productivity benefits such as office mobility and working from home. Using presence features, the team can now see "at a glance" the status of other members and better manage client enquiries.

By implementing our Business PBX solution and Business SIP services, Foxlaw have been able to overcome the limitations of their previous service, including limited call capacity and a lack of flexibility for handling and managing calls. With the new solution, the team is able to implement custom call management including new call flows, customer messaging and zero-touch after hours call handling.
We are now moving ahead with integrating Foxlaw's NBN services with the their new platform, and planning for new features such as a customer relationship management interface and a room conferencing system.
