Home and Business Customer Terms

For residential, small and medium business customers our Customer Terms are set out by the following documents:

• Our General terms as set out in our Standard Form of Agreement
• A Service Schedule as set out in a service proposal from us to you.
• Any conditions set out in a Service Order issued by us for requested services.

Under Australian telecommunications legislation, you and we are bound by these terms unless we have agreed differently. To understand your agreement with us, you should read both the Standard Form of Agreement and the documents that relate to the services or solutions you obtain from us.

Note that in order to resolve any inconsistency between these documents, the order of priority of interpretation is as follows:

• the Service Order Form;
• the Service Schedule applicable to your service(s);
• the Standard Form of Agreement.

Business Partner Terms

Our business partner terms are set out in the following documents:

• The terms as set out in our Master Services Agreement (MSA)
• The Service Schedules for services ordered under the MSA.
• Any conditions set out in a Service Order issued by us for requested services.
