Critical Information Summaries
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) administers the Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code (TCP Code), which protects customers who use mobile phone, landline and internet services, including NBN.
Under the code, the ACMA requires that service providers that sell products, plans and services must provide a Critical Information Summary (CIS). You can read more about CIS and your rights at the ACMA website here.
