Netbright is pleased to announce the release of our customer platform MyNetbright.
MyNetbright has been designed to provide access to your Netbright services, billing and support information.
In MyNetbright you can see at a glance:
- Services information, including a list your data, voice, PBX and security services
- A breakdown of your average monthly service spend across each of your service types
- An account summary listing the status of invoices over the prior 6 months
- Access to support information and contacts if you need further assistance.

Activating your MyNetbright account is simple. Go to my.netbright.com.au and choose Sign Up for an Account. You will be prompted for the following information to complete signup:
- Email address: This is the email address that receives your service invoices
- Your first name and last name
- Account number: This is the account number shown on your invoice
- Password: Your password to access the system
You will receive a registration email to confirm your signup. Once you've verifed your email address, you can login at my.netbright.com.au
